OVERNIGHT OATS WITH BERRIES

Time of preparation:
5 minutes + 6h swelling time

COOK & SERVE:
2x Shallow pot 16 cm | 0,3 l


For 2 portions:
80 g of spiny oat flakes
80 ml apple juice naturally cloudy
2 dates
150 g natural yoghurt (3,5 %)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tsp honey
200 g berries

How to do it:

1. Mix the pithy oat flakes with apple juice and 80 ml water in the shallow COOK & SERVE pots.

2. Stone, chop and add dates. Cover and leave to stand overnight in the refrigerator.

3. The following morning with yoghurt, sesame and honey mix and top with fresh berries.

Tip: Instead of berries, grated apples, orange-, Melon or mango pieces to it.
