How to do it:
1. Wash, peel and finely grate the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme. Cut the beetroot into narrow slices. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Sprinkle grains on the bottom of the shallow COOK & SERVE pot, spread potato mixture on top, place beetroot slices in a star shape. Cook potatoe pancakes in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
3. In the meantime, wash the herbs, chop finely and mix with the quark and oil, dilute with a little water and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the Rösti.
Tip: You can also use fresh - e.g. yellow or striped - prawns: Pre-cook in a little water for about 30 minutes in the bowl. Then peel the Rösti, spread it in slices on the Rösti and cook along with it.
