Quick quiche

Time of preparation:
30 minutes

COOK & SERVE:
Shallow pot 24 cm | 1,2 l


For 4 servings:
500 g leaf spinach
(or 250 g frozen food)
1 onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt, pepper, nutmeg
4 eggs
150 ml yoghurt
50 g turkey ham
50 g tender oat flakes
50 g grated cheese

How to do it:

1. Wash spinach, remove stalks and roughly chop leaves. Peel and finely dice the onion, season with spinach and a little water with salt, pepper and nutmeg in the shallow COOK & SERVE pot at low heat and let it collapse while stirring.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Whisk eggs with yoghurt and season. Cut turkey ham into narrow strips.

3. Mix the oat flakes with the spinach. Cover with turkey ham, spread egg icing on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.

Tip: Smoked salmon is also suitable instead of ham.

The quick quiche can be precooked and frozen in the shallow COOK & SERVE pot.
After defrosting, simply reheat it in the microwave or oven.
